Certain elements of data are required for any assignor to do their job. These are:
- Sports
- Leagues (the entity that has games)
- Divisions (the level of play – Varsity, JV, etc)
- Teams
- Games
- Positions for officials to work
- Locations (the game venue)
- Officials
Easy Schedule contains all of these elements with no limit on the number of entries for any element. All elements are in ONE database. One official may be designated to work more than one sport. You may enter all games for all sports in one database. Assignments can be made automatically to all sports, or only to the sport, league, or division combination that you select.
Easy Schedule provides significant flexibility in defining Positions and relating those positions to Officials and Divisions and Leagues. Pay and ratings can be different for each position, of each division, of each league. You can designate which of those positions an Official is qualified to work. An official may have a different rating for each position that he/she works and ratings may be applied against the ratings given to each game.
The AUTO ASSIGN process assigns Officials to each game by their rating. The auto assign process balances assignments so that all Officials get a fair share of games based upon the priorities and ratings set by the assignor.
Easy Schedule provides the ability to write checks to officials in a bulk process or one check at a time. Assignments may be paid by selecting a range of dates and/or individual officials.
Reports
You may print a report of assignments for each individual official. You may select all assignments for all officials, or report assignments for a selected range of dates, or select one or more officials, or a combination of selected officials and a date range.
A master report of games can be printed in various sequences and can be selected by Sport, League, or Division or combinations of each.
Official's work availability can be designated in many ways. You can designate which days of the week, and hours of those days that the Official is available. You can block out specific dates as well as locations, teams, and partners.
You can create crews of Officials and assign games by crew.
You can easily make changes to assignments with the MANUAL ASSIGN feature.
You can quickly find who is qualified and available for a game, when an assigned official becomes unavailable, by using the "Who's available" feature.
Assignments may be uploaded to the internet so that Officials may view their assignments.
